Subject: [PATCH] net: wireless: brcm80211: brcmfmac: dhd_sdio.c:  Cleaning up missing null-terminate in conjunction with strncpy

Replacing strncpy with strlcpy to avoid strings that lacks null terminate.
And changed from using strncpy to strlcpy to simplify code.
