Subject: [PATCH] spi/atmel: improve the system suspend/resume functions implementation

To make it cleaner, the system suspend/resume directly call
the runtime suspend/resume functions
and remove the wapper of CONFIG_PM_RUNTIME, CONFIG_PM_SLEEP.
