Subject: [PATCH v6 4/4] pinctrl: Qualcomm SPMI PMIC MPP pin controller driver

This is the pinctrl, pinmux, pinconf and gpiolib driver for the
Qualcomm MPP sub-function blocks found in the PMIC chips.
