Remove NO_DEMANGLE (replaced by CONFIG_DEMANGLE)
Remove HAVE_LIBBFD_SUPPORT (replaced by CONFIG_LIBBFD)
Remove HAVE_CPLUS_DEMANGLE_SUPPORT (replaced by CONFIG_LIBIBERTY_ONLY)
