Subject: [PATCH 03/11] drivers: char: add AXD Audio Processing IP driver
AXD is Audio Processing IP by Imagination Technologies that can
perform decoding, encoding, equalisation, resampling, mixing,
synchronisation and audio playback.
this patch adds defs and initialisation files
