Subject: [PATCH 2/2] dmaengine: Add driver for IMG MDC

Add support for the IMG Multi-threaded DMA Controller (MDC) found on
certain IMG SoCs.  Currently this driver supports the variant present
on the MIPS-based Pistachio SoC.
