Subject: [Patch Part3 v4] x86, PCI, MSI: Use hierarchy irqdomain to manage MSI interrupts
Enhance MSI code to support hierarchy irqdomain, it helps to make
the architecture more clear.

Sorry, my branch hasn't been updated to the latest tip/x86/apic
