Subject: [PATCH 4/5] ARM: dts: enable GPIO for Broadcom Cygnus

This enables all 3 GPIO controllers including the ASIU GPIO, the
chipcommonG GPIO, and the ALWAYS-ON GPIO, for Broadcom Cygnus SoC
