Subject: [PATCH] sound: pci: asihpi: hpifunc.c:  Remove some unused functions

Removes some functions that are not used anywhere:
hpi_subsys_get_version_ex() hpi_instream_wait_start()

This was partially found by using a static code analysis program called cppcheck.
