Subject: [PATCH] net: ceph: crypto.c: Remove some unused functions

Removes some functions that are not used anywhere:
ceph_encrypt() ceph_decrypt() ceph_crypto_key_encode()

This was partially found by using a static code analysis program called cppcheck.
