Subject: [PATCH] staging: rtl8192e: rtllib_rx.c:  Remove some unused functions

Removes some functions that are not used anywhere:
update_ibss_network() rtllib_SignalStrengthTranslate()

This was partially found by using a static code analysis program called cppcheck.
