Subject: [PATCH] ARM: EXYNOS: Add exynos3250 suspend-to-ram support

This patch adds the support for suspend-to-ram feature of Exynos3250 SoC.
Exynos3250 don't contain the L2 cache.

The measured power-consumption in suspend state:
- before entering suspend : 31mA
- in suspend state : 16mA

Cc: Kukjin Kim <kgene.kim@...sung.com>
Signed-off-by: Chanwoo Choi <cw00.choi@...sung.com>
Acked-by: Kyungmin Park <kyungmin.park@...sung.com>

This patch is based on v3.19-rc1 and is tested on Exynos3250-based Rinato board.
