Subject: [PATCH] kbuild: drop $(version_h) from MRPROPER_FILES

Now $(version_h) is include/generated/uapi/linux/version.h.

$(version_h) in MRPROPER_FILES is redundant because it is covered
by include/generated in MRPROPER_DIRS.
