Subject: [PATCH] drm: radeon: ci_dpm: Remove some unused functions

Removes some functions that are not used anywhere:
ci_dpm_reset_asic() ci_dpm_power_control_set_level()

This was partially found by using a static code analysis program called cppcheck.
