Subject: [PATCH] drm/radeon/rv770_dpm: Remove some unused functions

Removes some functions that are not used anywhere:
rv770_read_smc_soft_register() rv770_dpm_reset_asic()

This was partially found by using a static code analysis program called cppcheck.
