Subject: [PATCH v3] staging: rtl8188eu: core: rtw_wlan_util: Remove some unused functions

Removes some functions that are not used anywhere:
CAM_empty_entry() get_bsstype() rtw_get_oper_choffset()
rtw_get_oper_bw() is_ap_in_wep() should_forbid_n_rate()

This was partially found by using a static code analysis program called cppcheck.
