Or even better, you can define them here (drivers/acpi/Kconfig/) as

config ARCH_SPECIFIC_ACPI_OSI
	def_bool n

and then do

	select ARCH_SPECIFIC_ACPI_OSI if ACPI

as you did in [4/5].
