It would help to have an ack from at least one of the x86 maintainers, so 
maybe add Ingo Molnar <mingo@...hat.com> and Thomas Gleixner 
<tglx@...utronix.de>.

We need an update to the MAINTAINERS file if "Yann E. MORIN" 
<yann.morin.1998@...e.fr> isn't the active Kconfig maintainer anymore.

If all else fails, I'd try to ask Andrew Morton 
<akpm@...ux-foundation.org> to route it.
