Subject: [PATCH 3.19 111/175] axonram: Fix bug in direct_access

3.19-stable review patch. If anyone has any objections, please let me know.

------------------

From: Matthew Wilcox <matthew.r.wilcox@...el.com>

commit 91117a20245b59f70b563523edbf998a62fc6383 upstream.

The 'pfn' returned by axonram was completely bogus, and has been since
2008.
