Subject: [PATCH] [RESEND] .mailmap: Add Ricardo Ribalda

Work and Home computer had different settings in the mail client. Some
contributions appear as Ricardo Ribalda, others as Ricardo Ribalda
Delgado (and one as just Ricardo).
