Subject: [PATCH 3/6] kbuild: mergeconfig: remove redundant $(objtree)

Kbuild always runs in $(objtree). Actually, $(objtree) is always
set to "." by the top-level Makefile.

We can omit "-O $(objtree)" and "$(objtree)/".
