Subject: [PATCH 10/11] arch/arm/mach-s3c24xx/mach-osiris-dvs.c: use "&&" (not "&") with bool operands

bitwise AND ("&") was used
in logical expressions with operands having "bool" type. Replaced
bitwise AND operators with logical AND.
