Subject: [PATCH] Staging: slicoss: Fix checkpatch.pl issues

Removed unused block of code guarded by #ifdef SLIC_TRACE_DUMP_ENABLED
And removed redundant static char *slic_banner and replaced actual string in
place of format string.
