Subject: [PATCH 4/9] x86/asm/entry/64: remove redundant DISABLE_INTERRUPTS
At this location, we already have interrupts off, always.
To be more specific, we already disabled them here:

DISABLE_INTERRUPTS(CLBR_NONE)
