Subject: [PATCH v9 04/30] PCI: Move pci_bus_assign_domain_nr() declaration into drivers/pci/pci.h
pci_bus_assign_domain_nr() is only called in probe.c,
Move pci_bus_assign_domain_nr() declaration into
drivers/pci/pci.h.
