Hi Greg,
turns out it wasn't that difficult.
I sent a number of patch requests to stable@...r.kernel.org to address
the build failures in both v3.10 and v3.14. You'll need to apply six patches
to v3.10, and three patches to v3.14. All but one of the patches for v3.14
apply cleanly; I sent you a backport for the one patch which doesn't.
