Subject: [PATCH 5/6] staging: comedi: gsc_hpdi: use PCI_DEVICE_SUB()
Use the `PCI_DEVICE_SUB()` macro in the initializer of the PCI module
device table `gsc_hpdi_pci_table[]`.
