I was actually happy enough with the previous version to put it in my to apply
pile ;)

Anyhow, all 4 patches applied to the togreg branch of iio.git.  Will push out
as testing when I am not in a rather noisy cleanroom (though not half as noisy as
it is when the machine behind me is running) in the middle of the night
waiting for clonezilla to image a PC so I can go off to the hotel bar (which has
wifi unlike here)... Not that I'm moaning or anything, but need to be back here in 8
hours...
