Subject: [PATCH v3 7/7] ACPI / processor: Introduce invalid_phys_cpuid()

Introduce invalid_phys_cpuid() to identify cpu with invalid
physical ID, then used it as replacement of the direct comparisons
with PHYS_CPUID_INVALID.
