Subject: [PATCH 08/13] staging: lustre: lnet: remove LNET_MUTEX_LOCK macro

LNET_MUTEX_LOCK and LNET_MUTEX_UNLOCK are verbose wrappers to mutex_lock and
mutex_unlock.  Get rid of these.
