Subject: [PATCH] perf/x86/intel: Use 'u32' data type for RMIDs

Since we write RMID values to MSRs the correct type to use is 'u32'
because that clearly articulates we're writing a hardware register
value.

Fixup all uses of RMID in this code to consistently use the correct data
type.
