+whether the device supports synchronous mode.
+- reg: The address and length of the peripheral registers space

+- clocks: The input clock of the USART instance
+
+Optional properties:
+- pinctrl: The reference on the pins configuration
+- auto-flow-control: bool flag to enable hardware flow control.
