Subject: [PATCH] perf/x86/intel/rapl: Add support for Knights Landing (KNL)

Knights Landing DRAM RAPL supports PKG and DRAM RAPL domains.
DRAM RAPL has a different fixed energy unit (2^-16J) similar to
that of HSW.
