Subject: [PATCH 4.0 054/148] ALSA: usb-audio: Add quirk for MS LifeCam HD-3000

4.0-stable review patch. If anyone has any objections, please let me know.

------------------

From: "Vittorio G (VittGam)" <linuxbugs@...tgam.net>

commit ae425bb2a05bebe786a25cc8ae64e9d16c4d9b83 upstream.

Microsoft LifeCam HD-3000 (045e:0779) needs a similar quirk for
suppressing the unsupported sample rate inquiry.
