Subject: [PATCH 4.0 038/148] iio: adc: xilinx: Fix VREFP scale

4.0-stable review patch. If anyone has any objections, please let me know.

------------------

From: Thomas Betker <thomas.betker@...de-schwarz.com>

commit 00db4e52f4541965f7fda225eb458a75f892017b upstream.

The scaling factor for VREFP is 3.0/4096, not 1.0/4096; fix this to get
correct readings.
