Subject: [PATCH] perf tools: Fix misplaced check for
 HAVE_SYNC_COMPARE_AND_SWAP_SUPPORT

Move the checking for HAVE_SYNC_COMPARE_AND_SWAP_SUPPORT
for AUX area mmaps until after checking if such mmaps are
used anyway.
