Subject: [PATCH v9 16/22] tracing: Add hist trigger 'execname' modifier

Allow users to have pid fields displayed as program names in the output
by appending '.execname' to field names:

   # echo hist:keys=aaa.execname ... \
              [ if filter] > event/trigger
