Subject: [RFC PATCH 02/21] stackvalidate: Add C version of STACKVALIDATE_IGNORE_INSN

Add a C inline asm string version of the STACKVALIDATE_IGNORE_INSN macro
which tells stackvalidate to ignore the subsequent instruction.
