Subject: [PATCH 004/102] staging: rtl8192e: Rename PHY_SetRF8256OFDMTxPower

Use naming schema found in other rtlwifi devices.
Rename PHY_SetRF8256OFDMTxPower to rtl92e_set_ofdm_tx_power.
