Subject: [PATCH] Drop unnecessary cast

This patch does away with the cast on void * as it is unnecessary.

Semantic patch used is as follows:

@r@
expression x;
void* e;
type T;
identifier f;
@@
(
  *((T *)e)
|
  ((T *)x)[...]
|
  ((T *)x)->f
|
- (T *)
  e
)
