Subject: [PATCH 1/7] iio: bmg160: IIO_BUFFER and IIO_TRIGGERED_BUFFER are required

This patch adds selects for IIO_BUFFER and IIO_TRIGGERED_BUFFER. Without
IIO_BUFFER, the driver does not compile.
