Subject: [PATCH] ARM: multi_v7_defconfig: Build a few drivers in

Drivers for devices that are basic dependencies (regulators, mainly) of
other devices are better built into the image because otherwise we get
so many probe deferrals that is hard to spot where a device is having
genuine trouble to probe.
