Subject: [PATCH] arm: cerfcube_defconfig: disable IDE subsystem

This patch disables deprecated IDE subsystem in cerfcube_defconfig
(no IDE host drivers are selected in this config so there is no
valid reason to enable IDE subsystem itself).
