Subject: [PATCH 6/7] x86/vdso32/xen: Move VDSO_NOTE_NONEGSEG_BIT define

Xen had its own vdso.h just to define VDSO_NOTE_NONEGSEG_BIT. Move it to the
main vdso.h.
