Subject: [PATCH] drm/fsl-dcu: Fix no fb check bug

For state->fb may be NULL in fsl_dcu_drm_plane_atomic_check function,
if so, return -EINVAL. No need check in fsl_dcu_drm_plane_atomic_update
anymore.
