Subject: [PATCH 1/2] airo: fix IW_AUTH_ALG_OPEN_SYSTEM

Handle IW_AUTH_ALG_OPEN_SYSTEM in set_auth.
This allows wpa_supplicant (and thus NetworkManager) to work with open APs.
