Subject: [RESEND PATCH] ARM: multi_v7_defconfig: Enable PBIAS regulator

PBIAS regulator is required for MMC module in OMAP2, OMAP3, OMAP4,
OMAP5 and DRA7 SoCs. Enable it here.
