Subject: [PATCH 37/38] zlib_deflate/deftree: change always true condition to 1

Unsigned value is always greater of equal zero.

The problem has been detected using proposed semantic patch
scripts/coccinelle/tests/unsigned_lesser_than_zero.cocci [1].
