Subject: [PATCH] Staging: rtl8712: Coding Style warnings fix for block comments

This is patch to the rtl871x_pwrctrl.c file that fixes following warning
reported by checkpatch.pl :

-Block comments use a trailing */ on a separate line
-Block comments use * on subsequent lines
