Subject: [PATCH] genirq: Move irq_set_vcpu_affinity out of "#ifdef CONFIG_SMP"
irq_set_vcpu_affinity() is needed when CONFIG_SMP=n, so move the
definition out of "#ifdef CONFIG_SMP"
